Dominica established relations with "Israel" in 1978^[1].

Israeli state and commercial ties

Diplomacy

The Israeli foreign ministry's 2011 list of missions records relations with Dominica as established in January 1978, with "Israel" represented by its ambassador in the Dominican Republic.^[1] Dominica had recognised the State of Palestine before May 2024, when the Bahamas became the last of the 14 independent members of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) to do so.^[2]

Political interference

UN voting

Dominica did not vote on the September 2025 General Assembly resolution endorsing the New York Declaration on a two-state solution.^[3]
