Talmud Torah D'Chasidei Gur Limited is the charitable company that runs TTD Gur School, the Ger boys’ primary in Hackney. It was incorporated on 21 July 2010 and registered as charity 1138791 on 3 November 2010.[1][2] On Jewish Schools in the UK it is listed as strictly Orthodox, associated with Ger, and noted as linked to United Torah Judaism politics in Israel; The Kasner Charitable Trust appears as a donor on that inventory.[3]

Governance

Powerbase records the 21 July 2010 directors / trustees as Aaron Goldman, Abraham Schreiber and Isaiah Traube.[3] Schreiber is the school-side administrator in later files. Do not collapse these names with Jacob Goldman of Gerer Shtiebel Synagogue without a Companies House identity match.

Accounts describe an independent primary for boys in the local Orthodox community and, in some years, grants to other charities whose objects are education and relief of poverty.[4]

United Kingdom Ger network

London Ger is smaller than Satmar or Vizhnitz in Stamford Hill but it is a complete court: cheder, yeshiva, shtiebel, kollel and grant vehicles. Trustees interlock. Several governing documents name Israel (and in one case the United States and Europe) without a Green Line / occupied-territory split. Ger’s Israeli politics — UTJ, the Housing Ministry, Beitar Illit, Modiin Illit, Arad — is the destination those grants can reach.

  • Kehal Yisroel D'Chasidei Gur is worldwide by objects; the Commission “where it operates” field is throughout London, but the trust deed is not limited to Hackney.[7]
  • Friends of Mosdot Goor Inc. (US EIN 13-3065542, Brooklyn) is the large American “friends of Gur institutions in Israel” pipe — recent 990s show revenue on the order of $12–17 million — not a UK charity.[8]
  • No UK filing seen here itemises Beitar Illit or Modiin Illit. Ger Housing Ministers (Yaakov Litzman, Yitzhak Goldknopf) still built and then demanded funding for those settlement cities; UK and US “Israel” grants sit on the same court.

London Ger is a small court with a complete set of vehicles — cheder, yeshiva, shtiebel, kollel and grant bodies — and a short list of repeating officers. The page treats those officers as the map of the court, not as a single family tree.[9]

Most networked

Jacob Goldman is the densest node on the page. He is chair of Gerer Shtiebel Synagogue (1180593) and is also recorded on Ichud Mosdos Gur Limited, Yeshivas Lev Simcha Limited, Kupat Ezer Lenisuin Beth Yisroel and the Union of Orthodox Hebrew Congregations. That is the only person the source names on both a Ger house of prayer and the Stamford Hill umbrella body.[9]

Do not collapse Aaron Goldman with Jacob Goldman without an officer-ID match. Abraham Schreiber (October 1979, 142 Holmleigh Road) is the same Companies House band as the Abraham Schreiber already filed at that address; he is not automatically the Rumpler-line Abraham (1979 Hackney) or a Midos principal at 147 Stamford Hill.[10]

Connections with other groups

The page itself says London Ger is smaller than Satmar or Vizhnitz and does not list Satmar or Vizhnitz trustees on the Ger charities.[9] What it does show is three kinds of outside link.

1. UOHC (cross-court umbrella). Jacob Goldman’s UOHC trusteeship is the documented bridge from Ger prayer and yeshiva companies into the Union that also covers Satmar, Belz and other Stamford Hill courts. That is institutional overlap, not a merger of dynasties.

2. Satmar officers on a vehicle listed as Ger. Yeshiva Gedoilah Torah Veyirah Limited (1141035; 07452599), 98 Osbaldeston Road, is in the Ger network table. Separate Powerbase pages record Berish Berger — trustee of Talmud Torah Education Limited / Talmud Torah Yetev Lev (Hackney), Satmar Nursery Trust, Vyoel Moshe Charitable Trust and Palmcourt companies — as a trustee of that same yeshiva.[11][12] If both descriptions hold, a Satmar-property officer sits on a college the Ger page treats as Gur. That is the strongest UK cross-court personnel link attached to this list. Confirm the officer ID before treating it as one man.

3. Israel / US grant pipes, not Stamford Hill property families. Objects on Gerer Shtiebel name poverty relief in England and Wales, the United States, Israel and Europe. Kehal Yisroel is worldwide by deed. The large US counterpart is Friends of Mosdot Goor Inc. (EIN 13-3065542), not a UK charity. The Kasner Charitable Trust appears as a donor to the Hackney cheder on the Jewish Schools inventory. No filing on this page itemises Beitar Illit or Modiin Illit; the political destination named is Ger / United Torah Judaism housing politics in Israel.[9]

4. No Midos / Filey Gross lock on this page. The Ger list does not put David Schreiber, Rifka Niederman, Rivka Gross or Joel Gross (born 1981) on Ger trustee boards. Shared N16 geography and one Abraham Schreiber at Holmleigh Road are not the same as a Ger–Midos director swap.

Reading the network

Jacob Goldman is the UK Ger hub: shtiebel + three other Gur companies + UOHC. Aaron Goldman / Abraham Schreiber / Isaiah Traube run the Hackney cheder as a separate three-man board. Pesach / Margulies run the Craven Park kollel and the Arad friends body. The only documented personnel overlap with another Hasidic court on current Powerbase pages is Berger on Yeshiva Gedoilah Torah Veyirah — Satmar school money meeting a yeshiva filed as Ger. Everything else is address proximity, UOHC membership, or overseas grant objects.
