A civil marriage index records Joel Niederman marrying Rifka Schreiber in Hackney in the first quarter of 1999 (February, page 0215, entry 171).[14] On Fancourt Ltd (05386135) Joel Niederman is listed as a director with date of birth November 1979, appointed 20 March 2005 and resigned 15 June 2005, at 35 Cedra Court, Cazenove Road, London N16 6AT — the same address used for Rivka Niederman’s short secretary appointment at Reydon Ltd.[15][16]
