On 9 September 2026 four charities from later tranches were removed from the inquiry. Satmar Nursery Trust was not among them, and its register entry still records that an inquiry has been opened.Charity Commission, Regulator concludes investigation into 4 charities as class inquiry continues GOV.UK, 9 September 2026.
