The same page says that Rochel Edelman is from Brooklyn, New York, and has qualifications in Jewish education, and that the couple have seven children.[5]
Activities
The organisation describes itself as a non-profit association offering "cours, conférences, éducation juive, sport, aide à la pratique du judaïsme, aide sociale" (classes, lectures, Jewish education, sport, help with Jewish practice and social aid).[1] Its English-language page lists holiday celebrations, Shabbat dinners and programmes for children, teenagers and adults.[6]
In June 2014 Mendel Edelman led a discussion at the Chapter1 bookshop in Luxembourg City on Joseph Telushkin's biography of Menachem Mendel Schneerson, Rebbe, according to the events listing of Chronicle.lu.[7]
