One-off activity
There is no resident emissary or centre.
- March 2021, ARIS matzah contacts. The Forward asked "How does one get matzah in Iran, Lebanon or Libya?" and quoted ARIS chairman Mendy Chitrik: "We have been in touch with individuals from Afghanistan, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt and many countries in between, to support them with their religious needs – including matzah for Passover."[2] The article does not say whether any matzah reached Libya.
Funding and controversies
None found.
- Editor's note: Evidence is thin. A search for Chabad visits to Tripoli or Benghazi found none.
