Penny Lewis is a lecturer in architecture at the Robert Gordon University. She is associated with the libertarian anti-environmental LM network, having written for Spiked, spoken at the Battle of Ideas, an Institute of Ideas event and a Future Cities event . She has also participated in Debating Matters and represented the Manifesto Club. One of her books, In defence of the Dome, was written with James Woudhuysen and Vicky Richardson.
