David Reuben

Companies House lists David Reuben, born September 1938, as a director of the Reuben Foundation (company 04481304, charity 1094130) from 9 July 2002 to 3 May 2012. He was reappointed on 31 July 2019 under the name Reuben David Reuben (also born September 1938), and the Charity Commission gives the same name and date for his trusteeship.[1][2]

In the years after the 2019 appointment, the foundation's accounts record grants to "The Association for Israel's Soldiers" – the Israeli Association for the Wellbeing of Israel's Soldiers, which supports soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces – of £1,425,032 in 2023[3] and £2,193,000 in 2024.[4]

Powerbase treats the two Companies House records as the same person (decision of David Miller, 21 October 2026): officer ID Dlv8rV5TkXfBWlkyy_R1I7-MLOo ("David Reuben", born September 1938)[5] and officer ID CABZcOO4CG1u-QJtvOEL4UMzqOY ("Reuben David Reuben", born September 1938).[6] Both records share the surname, the forename David, the month and year of birth and the Reuben Foundation directorship.
