Katherine Barlow, was appointed Director and Secretary of Junius Publications (the publishing company of the Revolutionary Communist Tendency and (later) the Revolutionary Communist Party) on 19 October 1977 According to some sources Barlow eventually became the General Secretary of the RCP and used the name Kate Marshall as her party name when writing for party publications. Now known as Kate Davies she works in housing and is linked to the Conservative movement through the Tory think tank, the Centre for Social Justice.
