Katherine Barlow, was appointed Director and Secretary of Junius Publications (the publishing company of the Revolutionary Communist Tendency and (later) the Revolutionary Communist Party) on 19 October 1977 [1] According to some sources Barlow eventually became the General Secretary of the RCP and used the name Kate Marshall as her party name when writing for party publications.[2] Now known as Kate Davies she works in housing and is linked to the Conservative movement through the Tory think tank, the Centre for Social Justice.
