Easynet was founded by David Rowe and LM network associate Keith Teare in 1994, who also helped found Cyberia shortly afterwards. When floated in 1996, it was reported that “Rowe has already made some £3.9m, and Teare £2.2m” [1] The company provides managed network and hosting solutions. It was owned by BSkyB between 2006 and 2010 and is currently owned by the private equity company, LDC, David Rowe and the management team. LM associate Phil Mullan was Managing Director UK in 2010. He has been a non-executive director since 1996 and employed full time since 2006. [2] Easynet has been used as an email hosting provider by LM associated entity WORLDwrite. [3]
