All-Party Parliamentary Wine and Spirit Group

The groups states that its purpose is as follows:

'To promote and inform on the economic and commercial benefits of the UK wine and spirit trade; to inform and stimulate debate on issues of relevance to the trade and to consumers; to introduce parliamentarians to members of the trade from their constituencies and, where appropriate, to invite and lobby ministers.'

Funding and finances

According to its website the Wine and Spirit Trade Association 'acts as group's secretariat and provides wine for the group's AGMs.'
