Fenno Outen is Head Occupational Therapist for Newham at East London NHS Foundation Trust.[1] He is somewhat associated with the libertarian, anti-environmental LM network, through writing for LM (in 1999), Spiked (in 2001 and 2002), writing for Bionews (organ of the Progress Educational Trust, founded by Juliet Tizzard; webmaster Sandy Starr) (2007),[2] speaking at the Institute of Ideas (in 2010)[3] and contributing to teaching materials for the Progress Educational Trust.[4]
