Activity beyond the Green Line and support for the IDF
Findings are graded by confidence. "Partner" findings concern the Israeli recipient organisation, not proven use of UK funds.
| Finding | Confidence |
|---|---|
| Every place named in the grant list (Afula, Bnei Brak, Nahariya, Tiberias, Acre, Even Shmuel, Sderot, Netivot, Beersheba, Kiryat Gat, Rishon LeZion) lies inside the 1949 line; "Jerusalem Emunah" (£2,880) is not located more precisely.[2] | Low |
| The grant appendix lists a joint project line "Rosh Ha'ayin and Pisgat Ze'ev – Maintenance": £3,063 in 2014 and £3,500 in 2015 (2015 accounts, PDF p.25),[7] £3,500 in 2016 (2016 accounts, PDF p.27),[8] and £1,750 in 2017 (2017 accounts, PDF p.26; the 2018 accounts, PDF p.27, show no 2018 figure).[9][10] Pisgat Ze'ev is an Israeli settlement in East Jerusalem on Peace Now's settlement list;[11] Rosh Ha'ayin is inside the 1949 line, and the accounts do not split the line between the two places. | Medium – joint line; one of two places beyond the line |
Support for the IDF: No IDF funding is stated.[2]
Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[12] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[13][14][15][16] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[17]
- Register anomaly. Among the charity's other names the register extract also lists "SIDMOUTH CE PRIMARY SCHOOL PTFA", which appears unrelated; the entry is unexplained.[1]
Other registers and records
Scotland and Northern Ireland
No entry was found on the Scottish Charity Register for this charity (full register download of 14 October 2026 searched by name).[18] No entry was found on the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland register (API name searches returned zero results).[19]
The Gazette
Searches of The Gazette for "Emunah" returned insolvency notices for Emunah Promotions Ltd (2026) and Emunah Limited (a 2000 winding-up petition in Leeds); no connection between either company and British Emunah Fund was established. No notice naming British Emunah Fund was found.[20]

Land and property
The register records that the charity owns and/or leases land or property.[1] No title registers were purchased; the HM Land Registry interactive search blocked automated access.[23] Candidate titles and addresses (CCOD dataset and register/accounts data):[24]
