- Grant to a charity named in the cheque-cashing class inquiry (name match). FY2025 grants include £10,000 to "Satmar Kollel" (PDF p.15).[4] A charity named Satmar Kolel (1169555) was added to the Commission's class inquiry in December 2025.[10] The accounts give no charity number, so the identification is by name only, and the release makes no finding about the Sanz Foundation.
- No Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, its register entry shows no regulatory alert,[11] and it is not itself named in the cheque-cashing releases or the September 2026 statement of results.[12][13][14] The charities in the August 2026 settlements class inquiry have not been named.[15]
