Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[17] it is not itself named in the cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements or the September 2026 statement of results.[18][19][20][21] The charities in the settlements class inquiry (August 2026) have not been named.[22]
- Grant to an inquiry charity. FY2025 grants include £25,000 to Friends of Mercaz Hatorah Belz Macnivka (PDF p.15),[2] a charity named in the first, May 2025, tranche of the cheque-cashing class inquiry (1126075).[18] The release makes no finding about this trust. In 2008, 2009 and 2010 the trust also gave £10,000 a year to "Gevurath Ari Academy Trust",[23][24][25] a name close to The Gevurath Ari Torah Academy Trust (1003102), which has been under statutory inquiry since July 2023;[26] those grants pre-date the inquiry.
- Trustee-valued property. Investment property of £5,061,128 is "valued by the trustees", with a revaluation gain of £662,551; loans of £154,571 are secured on it (PDF p.16, 18).[2]
- Related charities. Note 17 records donations of £161,500 received from charities in which two trustees have an interest (PDF p.19).[2]

Land and property
The register records that the charity owns and/or leases land or property.[1] No title registers were purchased; the HM Land Registry interactive search blocked automated access.[32] Candidate titles and addresses (CCOD dataset and register/accounts data):[33]
- Investment property valued by the trustees at £5,061,128; addresses not stated; principal address 479 Holloway Road, London N7 6LE – Accounts note 10 (PDF p.16); the trust is unincorporated, so no CCOD company match is possible (source: accounts)
