Nicola Louise Livingston (nee Green born 1960 in Paisley) is a Glasgow base Zionist activist. Derek David Livingston married Nicola Louise Livingston (nee Green) in 1983, at Glasgow, Martha St.
A biog note states:
- Nicola studied Psychology and Social Economics, followed by a Diploma in Community Education, She has worked with Strathclyde Regional Council and Glasgow City Council Social Work departments, both in direct service provision and in Commissioning and Contract Management of new services for people with disabilities. She worked for the Glasgow Homelessness Partnership on a ground-breaking programme which saw the decommissioning of the large homeless hostels in Glasgow and the development of an extensive range of more appropriate housing and support services. Her particular area of work involved services for young adults with complex needs. She has been involved with Cosgrove Care in both professional and voluntary capacities for more than 15 years, and is currently a member of the Board of Management and chairs the Professional Advisory Group. She is chairman of the Scottish Council of Jewish Communities, a past GRJC co-President and has had a long involvement with Jewish Student Chaplaincy and is a former chair of Jewish Student Chaplaincy Scotland.[1]

Nicola Louise Livingston was registered on the Electoral Roll 2002-12, 2014-17, at an address in Giffnock, Glasgow, G46, which is minutes from the headquarters of the Zionist movement at 222 Fenwick Road, Giffnock, Glasgow, G46 6UE. Also registered there were Marc Livingston 2005-12, Derek Livingston 2002-12, 2014-17, and Paul Livingston, 2007-12.
