Harvey Mervyn Livingston
Harvey Mervyn Livingston was born in July 1947 in Pollok, Glasgow. He is a Chartered Accountant and Zionist activist. Brother of Martin David Livingston and brother in law of Pamela Livingston. His parents were Robert Livingston and Mamie Livingston.[1]
He married Eleanor Alice Livingston (nee Weiss in 1972, registered at Glasgow Martha St).

The commanding officer of the Glasgow company today is Harvey Livingston's brother, Martin, finance and fund-raising officer of Jewish Care Scotland. He has been in the JLGB since 1964. His wife, Pamela, is a former captain of the company, and son Adam is a former Warrant Officer. Members of the company have been awarded gold, silver and bronze medals from the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards Scheme, and even more medals from the Challenge Award for Jewish Youth, founded by the late Isidore Walton, the philanthropic Glasgow property-developer. "Former members have gone on to distinguished careers in many professions," says Harvey Livingston. "Over the years, there have been something like 25 Jewish youth organisations in Glasgow but we are the first to last for 100 years."[7]
