The International Civil Liberties Alliance (ICLA) is a project of the Center for Vigilant Freedom.[1] ICLA's concerns appear similar to counterjihad writer and activist Robert Spencer's, who is a major presence on the website (which uses a domain anonymizing service to keep its ownership anonymous). They also have identical affiliations.
However its website does not appear to have been updated since November 2014. [2]
