International Civil Liberties Alliance
The International Civil Liberties Alliance (ICLA) is a project of the Center for Vigilant Freedom.[1] All of ICLA's concerns reflect Robert Spencer's, who is a major presence on the website (which uses a domain anonymizing service to keep its ownership anonymous).
