Andrew Tyrie
Andrew Tyrie has been the UK Conservative Party MP for Chichester since 1997.
In the 2015 general election, Tyrie was re-elected as an MP, with a majority of 24,413. [1]
He was chair of the influential Treasury Select Committee from 2010 - 2015. He has been chair of the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards (Joint Committee) since 2012.[2]

Supports fracking in the UK - just not in his own constiutency
Tyrie has expressed strong support for fracking yet is preparing to oppose it in his own constituency in what could be a test case for shale exploration in national parks reports The Times newspaper.
- Tyrie has told constituents he is “very unlikely” to support an application by Celtique Energy to drill an exploratory well in Fernhurst, West Sussex [3] (near the South Downs National Park).
