Alcohol badge.jpg This article is part of the Spinwatch public health oriented Alcohol Portal project.

Mentor UK is the UK branch of the Mentor Foundation an international charity that works with young people to prevent drug misuse. A small charity with a staff of 8, they work with young people and influence drug prevention policy while supporting good practice and research. [1] They co-chair the Department of Health's Responsibility Deal Alcohol Network's working group on alcohol education with Bruce Ray form Bacardi Brown Forman.

There are plans to deliver the course to 120 parents and professionals in 2011.

  • BME and Rural Alcohol Project Is a pilot of six prevention programmes delivered to rural and immigrant communities.
