Freud Communications Limited is a PR company with offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. It was founded in July 3 1990 by Matthew Freud. It was previously known as Jaystone PLC.

Under the terms of the deal DFGW will be absorbed into Freud and will move its 12-strong team from London's High Holborn to Freud's offices in Mortimer Street.
