Ben Moxham is a former BP executive and energy policy adviser to prime minister David Cameron at Number 10 Downing Street until May 2013, when he was replaced by ex-Centrica lobbyist Tara Singh.
Moxham is now a director for clean energy infrastructure at Capital Dynamics. [1]
