Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[9] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[10][11][12][13] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[14]
- Money owed by a trustee and his companies. The accounts state: "Mr M Meirovitz, a trustee of the charity, is also the director of Fleexco Ltd, Day Love and Grand Deals Ltd. The balance owing from Mr M Meirovitz and his company's outstanding at the year-end is £47,572." They add that he "has repaid these sums back to the charity in line with instruction from his advisors and will not continue to borrow money from the charity in the future".[2]
- Stale wording. The FY2025 trustees' report refers to the "period ended 31st March 2022".[2]
