The operating company is the one named in the contracts and the one that publishes accounts. Tzur has the same parent, the same director and the same address, and files as exempt. The name is not explained on the register.[5]
The parent group trades as Black Cube. The New Yorker reported that Black Cube is run largely by former Mossad and other Israeli intelligence officers, and described its work for Harvey Weinstein targeting actresses and journalists (2017).[6]
