Slovenian government finding

On 20 March 2026 the Slovenian government said that Joško Kadivnik, director of the intelligence and security agency SOVA, had presented to the National Security Council Secretariat's operational group "a full account of events that took place between 10 and 11 December 2025, along with material evidence of connections of three representatives of the private intelligence corporation Black Cube (Giora Eiland, Liron Tzur and Dan Zorella) to the visit at Trstenjakova ulica 8 in Ljubljana, where the SDS party has its headquarters". The government said the material would be handed to the police and the Prosecutor's Office. Police were investigating suspected offences including unlawful video and audio recording, bribery, abuse of office, disclosure of classified information and crimes against honour and reputation.[1]

The other two people named were Black Cube's chief executive Dan Zorella and its adviser Giora Eiland. The government statement gives no role, nationality or other detail for Tzur, and Tzur does not appear in the 8 March Institute and Mladina investigation, which identified Zorella and Eiland from flight data.[1][2] No public response from Tzur has been found. The episode is covered on Black Cube in Slovenia.
