Controversies and regulatory action

  • No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[10] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[11][12][13][14] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[15]
  • Contradictory related-party note. Other creditors include £240,450 described as "owed to the company by Vishnitz Girls School Limited", a charity with a common trustee; a sum owed to the charity would normally be a debtor (note 14).[2] Trustees Benzion Steiner and Mordechai Stern are recorded on the register as trustees of Vishnitz Girls School Limited (1135285).[1]
  • Loan classification. A Bounce Back Loan of £30,967 is described both as due within one year and as within "creditors due after more than one year" (PDF p.14).[2]
  • Negative funds. Funds were –£191,550 at 31 December 2024.[2]
