Israeli partners
"Kaye Academic College"; the accounts give no location. The website of the Kaye Academic College of Education heads its English home page "Kaye Academic College of Education, Be'er Sheva"; the accounts do not describe the college, so the identification rests on the name.[3][10]
Activity beyond the Green Line and support for the IDF
Findings are graded by confidence. "Partner" findings concern the Israeli recipient organisation, not proven use of UK funds.
| Finding | Confidence |

| By name, the Kaye Academic College of Education, whose website places it in Be'er Sheva; neither the accounts nor the website refers to the 1949 line.[3][10] | Low (identification by name; city from the college's website) |
Support for the IDF: No IDF or military funding is stated.[3]
Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[11] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[12][13][14][15] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[16]
- Income figures differ. The register records 2024 income of £112,746; the 2024 column of the accounts gives total income of £28,295 (with a separate 2024 reversal of a bad debt of £84,451 shown under other income).[1][3]
- Land flag. The register records that the charity owns or leases land, but the accounts show no land or buildings.[1][3]
- Withdrawn accounting framework. The examiner draws attention to the use of a withdrawn Statement of Recommended Practice.[3]
