Colloquium on Intelligence Requirements for the 1990s
The Colloquium on Intelligence Requirements for the 1990s took place on 4-5 December 1987 in Washington D.C.[1] There were over sixty participants in the event, which was organised by the Consortium for the Study of Intelligence.[2]
