Eberhard Blum

Eberhard Blum was president of the German foreign intelligence service, the Bundesnachrichtendienst from 1985 to 1990.[1]

Blum had a friendly relationship with William Odom, the head of the American National Security Agency, who favoured the BND over the British GCHQ.[2]
