Lisa Tremble was a special adviser to former Labour ministers David Miliband and James Purnell and Charles Clarke.

In October 2010 Tremble joined Lexington Communications as a director, after acting as Miliband's official spokeswoman in his unsuccessful bid for the Labour leadership.[1] She left Lexington after three years, joining solicitors Mishcon de Reya as external affairs director in October 2013. [2]
