Ardeshir Naghshineh is the founder of Norwich based property company Targetfollow Group.
Career
Naghshineh originally trained as a civil engineer in London and worked on projects such as the Thames Barrier.
In 1992 he started property company. Targetfollow Group. It now has a portfolio valued at over £1billion, containing over sixty investments in office, industrial and retail buildings. [1]
Administration
In 2010 Targetfollow faced administration for an unpaid loan of £230million. However, Naghshineh appealed to local MPs and candidates, including Richard Bacon, Norman Lamb, Chloe Smith and Simon Wright to help negotiate more time from Lloyds Banking Group.[2]
