Naghshineh originally trained as a civil engineer in London and worked on projects such as the Thames Barrier.
In 2010 Targetfollow faced administration for an unpaid loan of £230million. However, Naghshineh appealed to local MPs and candidates, including Richard Bacon, Norman Lamb, Chloe Smith and Simon Wright to help negotiate more time from Lloyds Banking Group.
