Activity beyond the Green Line and support for the IDF
Findings are graded by confidence. "Partner" findings concern the Israeli recipient organisation, not proven use of UK funds.
| Finding | Confidence |
|---|---|
| The chair's report names Tel Aviv University's School of Dental Medicine as a recipient; Hadassah and Rambam are named without a location or campus.[2] | High (institution and city named in the accounts; campus not stated) |
Support for the IDF: No IDF or military funding is stated. The chair's report mentions an ambulance for Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency medical service.[2]
Controversies and regulatory action
- No Charity Commission inquiry, Official Warning or Gazette insolvency notice naming this charity was found, and its register entry shows no regulatory alert;[12] it is not among the charities named in the Commission's cheque-cashing class-inquiry announcements (May, September and December 2025) or in the September 2026 statement of results.[13][14][15][16] The charities in the Commission's settlements class inquiry (opened August 2026) have not been named, so it is not known whether this charity is among them.[17]
- Inconsistent trustee name and figures. The register lists a trustee as "Diana Toye", while the accounts and chair's report give "Dr D Spencer" and "Diana Spencer"; the chair's report gives £7,750 for the Tel Aviv University sensors and £450 for Pour Sourire, against £7,723.61 and £425.93 in note 4.[3][2]
- Undated examiner's report. The independent examiner's report reads "Dated .....".[2]
