Michael Dwyer’s appointment to the Australian Securities and Investment Commission as Commissioner was announced in December 2008. Michael Dwyer is a chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner and principal of Dwyer Corporate. He previously held positions as the National Chairman of the Business Recovery Group at Howarth Australia Ltd and was a Partner at KPMG in Adelaide.[1]
