The American Congress for Truth (ACT) is a neo-conservative Zionist organisation waging a war against "the threat of militant Islam to America, Israel and all of Western civilization." It was established in 2003 by Brigitte Gabriel.
On its website the ACT explains:

• Educate millions of citizens about our enemy, and what they can and must do to protect themselves and their country
