In a comment on an article on Palestinian refugees by Daniel Pipes, Lipof stated that:
- I propose a new formulation of the Law of Return for all the Palestinians:
- Let all of the Arab Nations who have ever declared war on Israel, attacked Israel, sponsored terrorism against Israel; in other words the whole Arab World. Let them grant the right of immediate citizenship to any Palestinian. They created the Palestinian Refugee Problem, let them solve it. That's a Law of Return that makes historical, moral and practical sense.[2]
Talking about efforts to encourage young American Jews to give bar-mitzvah money to IDF soldiers via the American Friends of Libi, Lipof remarked that:
- We want to create interest and connections between young American Jews and IDF soldiers.[3]
