Ben Crosland is a senior adviser at the Bank of England.

He previously worked as an associate director at lobbyists Fishburn Hedges from July 2014 to August 2015.

Career

Crosland's early career included working as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2007 and Schroders in 2008 and a consultant at Crosland Communications Ltd in August 2008.

In September 2009 Crosland was appointed a policy advisor on financial services at HM Treasury. In this role he was providing advice to the financial secretary (Stephen Timms then Mark Hoban) and the chancellor (Alistair Darling then George Osborne).

In December 2011 he was then pointed the press officer at 10 Downing Street.

Crosland left government and began working for lobbyists Fishburn Hedges in July 2014.[1]
