It launch is believed to have been announced at Counterjihad Brussels 2012 conference and it was reportedly co-founded by Hedegaard's close associate Ingrid Carlqvist.[2]
Carlqvist's LinkedIn page states that she had been 'editor in chief' since 2012.[3]
Activities
The publication has carried interviews with many counterjihad activists including Henrik Rönnquist[4] and Tommy Robinson.[5]

According to English language translations of Swedish press reports, DI supporters were involved in the first, poorly attended protest of Pegida Swerige, an attempt to start a movement similar to the PEGIDA protests seen in Germany.[6].
