Networks Central Ltd is a consultancy firm belonging to Ross Martin. Dissolved in 2007 the firm was involved in the expenses controversy of Falkirk MP Eric Joyce. In Eric Joyce's expense forms there are seperate invoices from Networks Central Ltd. One of the invoices is for water rates and the other is for consultancy. The firm uses a seperate logo in each invoice[1].
