William Hillman Woolfson (1883-1958)[2] was a wholesale Jeweller and Zionist activist. (Birth 20 Aug 1883 - Kovnata, Rezhitsa, Rezekne, Latvia - Death 18 May 1958 - Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland[3])

- 1942 - ABRAHAMS—WOOLFSON The engagement is announced of Sidney, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Myer Abrahams, of 12 St. Martins Road, Leeds, 7, to Clarice Lillian, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Woolfson, of “ Ingleston,” 35 Maxwell Drive, Pollokshields, now residing at 17 Auchentrae Crescent, Ayr. [15]
- 1942 - FORTHCOMING MARRIAGE WOOLFSON-—COHEN - The marriage of Myer Henry, son of Mr and Mrs W. H. Woolfson, of 17 Auchentrae Crescent, Seafield, Ayr, to Miriam, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. Cohen, of Belleville Lodge, Blacket Avenue, Edinburgh, will ke solemnised at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, 3rd February, 1942, at the Synagogue, Salisbury Road, Edinburgh, and afterwards till 5.30 p.m. at Belleville Lodge, Blacket Avenue, Edinburgh. Individual invitations to relatives and friends are not being issued.[16]

- 1911 - Myer Henry Woolfson appeared in the 1911 Census at age 0 years in Newington, Midlothian (and died in Govan in 1962 at the age of 51[25]), along with his mother Rosie Woolfson (age 23, nee Oppenheim) and his father William Hillman Woolfson (27).
