Stratus Intelligence is a supplier to Clock Tower X, the firm owned by Brad Parscale and registered under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) as a subcontractor of Havas Media Germany working for the State of Israel. In its supplemental statement for the six months to 31 March 2026, Clock Tower X reported paying Stratus Intelligence $128,500.00 for polling, in 2 payments between 29 October 2025 and 16 January 2026.[1]
Role in the Israeli government campaign
The money came from $15,000,000 that Clock Tower X received from Havas Media Germany in October 2025 – March 2026. Havas Media Germany was acting for the Israeli state.[1] Stratus Intelligence is not itself registered under FARA; its role is known from Clock Tower X's disclosures.
Company records
FEC records list two payments to "STRATUS INTELLIGENCE LLC" at Medina, Ohio (ZIP code 44256), the same town as Clock Tower X. One was $1,500 for "research" from Marty Young for Congress in August 2025. The other was $7,000 for "polling" from Protecting America's Future in February 2026.[2] The company's website describes it as "a next-generation analytics and polling platform".[3]
