Sparkfire Technologies is a supplier to Clock Tower X, the firm owned by Brad Parscale and registered under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) as a subcontractor of Havas Media Germany working for the State of Israel. In its supplemental statement for the six months to 31 March 2026, Clock Tower X reported paying Sparkfire Technologies $6,500,000.00 for "Direct Engagement", in 17 payments between 3 November 2025 and 9 March 2026.[1]
Role in the Israeli government campaign
The money came from $15,000,000 that Clock Tower X received from Havas Media Germany in October 2025 – March 2026. Havas Media Germany was acting for the Israeli state.[1] Sparkfire Technologies is not itself registered under FARA; its role is known from Clock Tower X's disclosures. The Intercept identified SparkFire as "an AI chatbot company leading a mass texting campaign" for the contract. It said the company's role was "related to a campaign of text messages that was first reported by Responsible Statecraft". It described SparkFire's "flywheel" service as using AI to send personalised messages and analyse the conversations.[2] Responsible Statecraft had reported texts from senders calling themselves "Partners in Peace" and "Friends for Peace". The texts pushed links to Clock Tower X websites and to an "Allies for Peace" video claiming that suffering in Gaza was "fabricated content".[3] (Both critical.)
Company records
A "SPARKFIRE TECHNOLOGIES, LLC" registered in Texas as a foreign (out-of-state) limited liability company on 5 March 2025, under Secretary of State file number 0805941388. Its address is Suite 220, 1501 S MoPac Expressway, Austin.[4] The company that runs sparkfire.ai describes itself as SparkFire Technologies, LLC. It names Jeremy Haile as chief executive and co-founder and Tree McGlown as president and co-founder.[5][6] An unrelated Illinois developer, SparkFire Solutions, describes the sparkfire.ai company as "SparkFire Technologies, LLC of Atlanta, Georgia" and says it "builds political campaign engagement software".[7]
Federal Election Commission records show Republican committees paying SparkFire companies at Atlanta addresses (ZIP code 30309) for text messaging between 2023 and 2025. The payers include Never Back Down ($120,000 in October 2023, to "SPARKFIRE AI LLC"), And Justice For All PAC ($134,000 in 2024), Hardworking Americans ($150,000 for "GOTV text messages", September 2024) and First Principles PAC ($200,000 for "SMS messaging", February 2025).[8] The filings by Clock Tower X do not give an address, so it has not been confirmed which SparkFire entity it paid.[1]
