Situation Management Group is a supplier to Clock Tower X, the firm owned by Brad Parscale and registered under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) as a subcontractor of Havas Media Germany working for the State of Israel. In its supplemental statement for the six months to 31 March 2026, Clock Tower X reported paying Situation Management Group $162,500.00 for consulting, in 2 payments between 26 September 2025 and 12 December 2025.[1]
Role in the Israeli government campaign
The money came from $15,000,000 that Clock Tower X received from Havas Media Germany in October 2025 – March 2026. Havas Media Germany was acting for the Israeli state.[1] Situation Management Group is not itself registered under FARA; its role is known from Clock Tower X's disclosures.
Company records
FEC records show one payment to "SITUATION MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC." of Austin, Texas: $7,000 from Concerned American Voters in October 2020.[2] It has not been established whether this is the company paid by Clock Tower X.
