Sean Hughes
Sean Hughes is Senior Executive Leader in Corporate Governance unit at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission. He is a former Head of Legal for National Australia Bank Ltd’s Australian banking operations and former Group General Manager, Compliance at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ). Prior to joining NAB and ANZ, Sean was Director, Financial Services Regulation at ASIC.[1]
