  • Declassified UK: RUK is a Rafael subsidiary. It claimed to be a 'UK manufacturer' of urban-combat missiles and 'hard kill' torpedoes, but had about five staff and no manufacturing facility could be found.[2] CAAT says the UK subsidiaries are 75% owned by the Israeli government.[3]
  • CH filing history: DS01 strike-off application on 21 Oct 2025 and First Gazette on 28 Oct 2025; the application was suspended on 17 Dec 2025 and withdrawn on 30 Dec 2025. The company is still active.

Supply to the IDF / Israel MOD / Israeli security services: Parent Rafael is state-owned and founded within the IDF. It supplies Spike missiles, drones and Iron Dome to the Israeli military.[5]

Activities in the occupied territories: Parent: AFSC documents Rafael Spike missiles used in Gaza, including (per expert assessment) the Apr 2024 strike on aid workers.[5] No OPT activity by RUK is documented.

Links to the Israeli government: Directly state-controlled: the Israeli Government Companies Authority is the PSC.

WZO / JNF / Jewish Agency / Keren Hayesod: No direct link found. Note: a Jewish Agency Partnership2Gether project was supported by Rafael volunteers (Life Seat child-safety device).[6] This concerns the parent, not RUK.

Controversies (protests, legal cases, export-licence rulings):

  • Declassified found RUK paid at least £1,499 to 'partner' with the APPG on Defence Technology, despite rules banning foreign-government funding. A Standards inquiry followed and the APPG disbanded.[7][8]
