Personetics Technologies (UK) Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, incorporated on 15 May 2015, with its registered office at Office 911-912, 9 Appold Street, London EC2A 2AP.[2] Its accounts give its principal activity as the provision of digital consumer banking solutions and name Personetics Technologies Ltd, of 4 Ariel Sharon, Givatayim, Israel, as the parent of the smallest group in which it is consolidated.[3] Three of its directors since incorporation, Yoni Cheifetz, Shmuel Levy and Avi Zeevi, give correspondence addresses in Israel.[4]
Background
Globes reported in 2011 that Personetics had been founded in 2010 by chief executive David Sosna and David Govrin, who had previously co-founded Actimize and sold it to NICE Systems for $280 million in 2007; the report quoted Avi Zeevi as a general partner of Carmel Ventures, which invested in the company.[5] In February 2024 Personetics announced that Udi Ziv would succeed Sosna as chief executive, and described Zeevi as a co-founder and general partner of Viola Ventures and the company's chairman.[6] On the UK register, Sosna and Govrin resigned as directors on 13 January 2026, when Ehud Ziv and Ran Shalev were appointed.[4]
