In the Commission's class inquiry into double-defaulter charities, which the charity left on 19 February 2015, the Commission found that the trustees' default "was mismanagement and misconduct in the administration of the charity".[3] On 24 February 2017 the Commission appointed an Interim Manager to the exclusion of the trustees.[4] The reports do not name individual trustees.
