Moovers is an app that encouraged users to "Advocate for Israel, One Click at a Time". The Washington Post reported that it "pulls in allegedly pro-Palestinian content from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X in a never-ending feed". Users could report that content or comment on it, and the app provided "pre-written pro-Israel scripts to respond to such posts". The paper said "At least one of these apps is directly tied to Israel", referring to Moovers.[1]

Links to the Israeli state

According to the Post, in December 2023 a representative from Leaders, a Tel Aviv influencer-marketing firm, offered US creators payment to promote Moovers. In emails seen by the paper, the representative described the app's content as "endorsed by Israel's Government Advertising Agency".[1] The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab repeated this finding.[2]

FARA filings support the link. In October 2025 Davis Media NY registered with the "Government of Israel through L.D.R.S Group LTD" as a foreign principal. It filed a February 2024 agreement with that company, at Leaders' Tel Aviv address, which required weekly calls "with the Moovers influencer management team".[3][4][5]

MintPress News listed Moovers among the apps "tied to the Israeli government".[6] (Critical.)
